You can cancel your membership at any time; you will need to provide 30 days’ notice.

Please provide 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees and charges.
If you do not turn up to an appointment it may count as used.
You are able to use the $199 monthly credit towards products or you can gift the treatment to family and friends who have not visited the clinic before.
You cannot transfer your membership to someone; however, you can gift your monthly treatment to a family member or friend who has not visited the clinic before.

Payments will be automatically deducted from your account on a weekly or monthly cycle depending on your selected preference.
Your next scheduled monthly, or your scheduled weekly charges,will be deducted from your account. You will have one treatment before your membership expires; you can decide to use the funds towards products if you do not wish to have your final treatment.
If you decide to pay weekly you will need to wait until 4 payments have been made before you are able to redeem a treatment.
