Terms of service

  1. The following Terms & Conditions apply to all patients booking and receiving treatments at The SKN Collective (“Clinic”). By making a booking, patients agree to the below terms.

  2. All patients are required to provide valid credit or debit card details at the time of booking to secure their appointment. The Clinic reserves the right to charge this card in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.

  3. Appointments are subject to availability and the Clinic’s scheduling policies. If a patient is unable to attend their appointment, the Clinic requires a minimum notice period for cancellations or rescheduling of 48 hours. Late cancellations made within this notice period may incur a cancellation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in a charge equal to 100% of the treatment cost. 

  4. All payments for treatments, products, and services are due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

  5. Treatment suitability is determined at the discretion of the Clinic. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed not appropriate, unsafe, or not in the patient’s best interest. 

  6. Patients may be offered packages, memberships, or promotional offers from time to time, each of which may be subject to additional terms and conditions. 

  7. All treatments and services are provided for individual use only and are non-transferable. The only exception to this is where a member decides to transfer a membership credit to a new client that has not previously attended the clinic.

  8. Results may vary between patients, and no guarantees are provided regarding outcomes. The Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. By attending an appointment, patients acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
