Returns & Refund Policy

At The SKN Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item is faulty.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item

We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
